On May 12th, 2018, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Regina hosted the very first Friendship Conference at Masjid Mahmood. In attendance were speakers of Standing Buffalo Dakota First Nation who acknoledged that no other community has ever taken these steps to build bond of brotherhood with any First Nations community prior to this event. The theme of the Friendship Conference was “Sharing Knowledge, and Building Bridges”. In attendance was Chief Roger Redman of Standing Buffalo First Nation
