September 2017 – National Members of AMJ Indigenous Desk held a Information Stall at the Mi’kmaq’s First Nation Pow wow in order to dispel misconceptions of Islam. The Information Stall gave people a place to ask their questions about Islam and learn the true peaceful meaning of Islam. The Stall took place for full 2 days on the Membertou Reserve in Nova Scotia.
