September 2017 – Delegates of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Canada visited Wolinak First Nation and meet with Chief Michel R. Bernard. The Delegates presented the chief with a token of friendship on behalf of the community and in return the Chief presented a drum as a token of friendship for National President AMJ Canada. This marked a new friendship between the two communities.
